Med våren kommer lyset, snøen viker for gresset og arbeidslysten øker. Pastellgrønt med detaljer i oransje er farger jeg jobber med for øyeblikket. Det var de fargene som inspirerte meg til å lage moodboardet over. Ha en fin torsdag!

Grønne helter i nye omgivelser

PUB i Stockholm har i samarbeid med Form us with love og Jan Rundgren laget utstillingen Green Heroes. Her har de utforsket hvordan moderne design og interiør kan få frem skjønnheten til ni klassiske potteplanter. Pegonia, Hibiskus og St Paulia har kanskje ikke vært førstevalget når det gjelder å fornye stuen med grønt, men kan det være på tide å gi disse gamle skjønnhetene en ny sjanse? En som allerede er god på å inkludere klassikere i et moderne interør er Annaleene´s HEM. Hun er suveren på å kombinere gammelt og nytt. Hos henne vandrer moderne materialer og arvegods hånd i hånd. God tirsdag, venner!

[  PUB in Stockholm has created the exhibition Green Heroes in collaboration with design studio Form us with love and gardener Jan Rundgren. The exhibition is based on nine classic potted plants investigating how modern furnishings and design can interact, reviving forgotten beauty and the status of these plants (ref. Bare kjapt innom og sier hei! Jeg er nemlig midt i jakten på en på en god font som jeg skal bruke i den nye Konfetti-logoen + design av noen andre godbiter. Ja, jeg vet... Jeg er fortsatt hemlighetsfull, men noen av dere kan nok gjette at jeg er i ferd med å realisere en drøm jeg har hatt. Pleasure vil bli til business... Har du hatt et mål du har jobbet mot lenge? Da kjenner du kanskje igjen følelsen når alle bitene faller på plass. En god følelse! Og forresten, er ikke lampene fra Komplot design kule?

A customized shelf from Ikea makes perfect when you see these wooden boxes painted and assembled. A shelf that will fit anywhere depending on how you stack it and you can choose your own colors. I´d go with this fresh selection, sweet like candy and so right this spring. Don´t need no handyman for this project, sister.

Today is sunday, yet it´s a busy day. I´ve got a secret project going you see... I´m at the office, where I´ve got a few hours to myself. Forgot the memory-card for my camera, so I better get the scanner going. But I haven´t forgotten about all you people having a lazy sunday, so here´s some photos by Douglas Lyle Thompson. My favorite kids-bedroom this week was posted by Maria at Things I like Things I love. A painted cupboard works so well as storage, and being second hand(?) there´s no need to worry about scratches or the occasional scribble.
